House Uller of Hellholt is one of the great noble houses of Dorne, sworn to House Martell of Sunspear. Their keep, the Hellholt, is in the middle of the Dornish desert and the family is reputed to be impulsive and unpredictable.
The current head of House Uller is Deria Uller, Lady of Hellholt.
A Dornish saying is- "Half of the Ullers are half-mad, and the other half are worse."

The castle and its town sit on the banks of the Brimstone river in southern Dorne, east of Sandstone and west of Vaith. It is said to be a grim, stinking castle.
Their is a bath house for the family members and their guests to use across from a tower that holds residential chambers. One can see the town outside of the castle's walls from the window balconies in the tower.
The waters of the Brimstone which travel through House Ulller's lands are enriched with sulfur, lending to both the area's distinct smell as well as the rich blue of the water. The sulfur also allows for the river basin to be quite fertile. Parts of the river flow through large canyons whilst other areas are surrounded by near-boiling, hot springs.
The castle is named after an event in which Lord Uller invited his rivals to a feast and then had them burned to death after locking them within his hall.

Ellaria Uller was found dead by Prince Martyn in the Shadow City, not long after her romantic involvement with Andrey Martell was brought to light.

Colin Uller, a cousin to the main line, took up the position of steward at Starfall for House Dayne. House Dayne proposed the Ullers become involved in their potential trade arrangement with the Reach, however, Lady Deria promptly rejected.
