Meliana is the the daughter of Lord Marlon and Lady Amerei Vaith - sister to Ayrmidon, and cousin to Andros Sand. Since Andros's departure and the onset of Ayrmidon's morose tendencies, she has gained a paramour in Lotho of Lys.
