Shiera Westford is the wife of Stafford Sarwyck, and thus the Lady of Riverspring and the mother of Cellador and Laena Sarwyck.
Appearance[]
Shiera is very much 'Westford' in appearance, with dark brown eyes and chestnut hair. She is of average height and often wears either red or blue clothing, honouring her husband's House or her birth House respectively.
She often smells of flowers due to maintaining a small personal garden.
History[]
Shiera was born to Lord and Lady Westford in 472 AC.
In 489 AC, she married Stafford Sarwyck at the insistence of the fathers of both parties. For the first few months of their marriage, the couple barely laid together, with Stafford still mourning his brothers, and later, in 490 AC, his father. However, in 491 AC, she gave birth to a son, Cellador.
In 496 AC, her husband's bastard, Jason Hill was born. Shiera left Riverspring for the Sarwyck Manse in Kings Landing, where she remained for a full year before she and Stafford reconciled. Despite her initial view on him, she doesn't hate the boy, but neither does she go out of her way to truly act like a mother to him.
Four years later, in 500 AC, she gave birth to a daughter, Laena.
After Cellador was squired in Kings Landing, she makes regular visits to the city to see her son. Her daughter, Laena, joins her on occasion.
