Tarbeck Hall is a ruined castle in the Westerlands whose reconstruction began in the seventh era, at the onset of Winter. The finished fortress was a gift to the Golden Spurs from King Damon Lannister as part of his efforts to soothe tensions between himself and his kingdom.
